We are deeply saddened to note the passing of Prof. Michael Knibb on 6 December 2023. He was a close friend and one of the founding members of the Enoch Seminar, and his participation in our many conferences was always stimulating and inspiring. Prof. Knibb’s contributions to the Ethiopic Bible and the Book of Enoch are landmarks of contemporary research. We will miss him dearly
